Help a poor artist out? Please? D: I need the money badly, as I am dirt poor and due to the fact that I am taking 10 classes this semester, I don't have the time for a job.


Ground rules:

=+= I prefer to draw men, but I do occasionally draw women, just like I prefer slash to het. I'll draw it. You're paying me, I let you control (most of) the shots.
=+= I draw whatever fandom/series/whatever you want me to draw. There are a few anime series that I refuse to draw, but feel free to ask. I'm very open :)
=+= I will draw original characters, but I will not draw an original character with a character from a fandom. I don't trust myself with drawing other people's characters very often. Sorry :(
=+= I will draw anything from G - NC-17. However, there are limitations. I will not draw, no matter how much you pay me: NC-17 femslash (Sorry), dildos (don't ask, I just hate drawing them), inflation/M-preg, vore, guro, bestiality, fisting, shota, other wierd/disgusting fetishes. If you don't know what it is, believe me, you don't want to know. If you think it's weird, ask me.

I'm really open about all this stuff, and I really want to do this. I like seeing so many people who like my art. :)

Black and white pencil sketch: $10-25
Black and white line art (ink.): $30-35
Black and white line art w/grayscale coloring/shading: $35-40
Color CG with one character: $35-40
Color CG with 2 characters: $40-45
Color CG with more than 2 characters: $45 + $5-10 per extra character
Traditional Color (Markers, colored pencil, please specify) with one character: $40-45
Traditional Color with 2 characters: $45-50
Traditional Color with 2 or more characters: $55 + 5-10 per extra character
=Types of Backgrounds=
No background (flat color/gradient): free
Simple background (props, photo, sheets): free
Complex background (drawn/painted scenery): ask me. It depends on how elaborate a background you want. I hate doing backgrounds, so you might pay a little extra.

Remember, these usually take me upwards of 6+ hours. You guys know that I put my greatest effort into my pics, so I promise none of these will turn out like crap. Goddamnit. Anybody who's on my AIM list, don't click on any links from me. It's some stupid fucking virus that I don't know where I got it from.

I've been getting a lot of people (not just online people) asking me if I do commissions. I actually do, I've just never posted rules/pricing anywhere, and gildedmuse recommended that I should. Because she's right about a lot of things, I figured what the heck.

Don't think I'm using this money for pocket change, either. The only reason I'm brave enough to ask people to pay me for art is because I physically cannot get a job this summer and I am desperate for money for college. All of these funds are going toward paying for college. Help a poor artist out? :)
